Emanuel Santana was the big winner of Stage 21 of BikeFantasy - Tour de France with his pick of van Aert Wout (Team Visma | Lease a Bike), who ranked in position 1 on stage Mantes-la-Ville - Paris, lasting 133 kms. On the road, the winner was van Aert Wout (Team Visma | Lease a Bike).

Although André Pereira, runner-up on the stage, picked the same first rider, the win was awarded to Emanuel Santana given that the second pick, Groves Kaden (Alpecin - Deceuninck), ranked better, in position 11.
