Pau Llorenç was the big winner of Stage 4 of BikeFantasy - Tour de Suisse Women with his pick of Katarzyna Niewiadoma (Canyon//SRAM Racing), who ranked in position 2 on stage Ebnat-Kappel - Ebnat-Kappel, lasting 101 kms. On the road, the winner was FISHER-BLACK Niamh (Team SD Worx).

Although Jorge Machado, runner-up on the stage, picked the same first rider, the win was awarded to Pau Llorenç given that the second pick, Demi Vollering (Team SD Worx), ranked better, in position 4.
