João Daniel was the big winner of first edition of 2022 of Bike Fantasy - Itzulia Women.

Pedro Matias was the big winner of Stage 3 of BikeFantasy - Itzulia Women with his pick of VOLLERING Demi (Team SD Worx), who ranked in position 1 on stage Donostia-San Sebastián - Donostia-San Sebastián, lasting 140 kms. On the road, the winner was VOLLERING Demi (Team SD Worx).

Although Rogério Almeida, runner-up on the stage, picked the same first rider, the win was awarded to Pedro Matias given that the second pick, FISHER-BLACK Niamh (Team SD Worx), ranked better, in position 4.
