Paulo Sacramento was the big winner of Stage 7 of BikeFantasy - Tour de Pologne with his pick of HODEG Álvaro José (Deceuninck - Quick Step), who ranked in position 5 on stage Zabrze - Kraków, lasting 146 kms. On the road, the winner was VAN DEN BERG Julius (EF Education - Nippo).

Although José Carlos Mota, runner-up on the stage, picked the same rider(s), the win was awarded to Paulo Sacramento for having submitted the pick before the opponent.
