Zédu Neves was the big winner of first edition of 2021 of Bike Fantasy - Arctic Race of Norway.

Paulo Sacramento was the big winner of Stage 4 of BikeFantasy - Arctic Race of Norway with his pick of EIKING Odd Christian (Intermarché - Wanty - Gobert Matériaux), who ranked in position 4 on stage Gratangen - Harstad, lasting 164 kms. On the road, the winner was WALSLEBEN Philipp (Alpecin-Fenix).

Although Pedro Miguel Ramos, runner-up on the stage, picked the same first rider, the win was awarded to Paulo Sacramento given that the second pick, HOELGAARD Markus (Uno-X Pro Cycling Team), ranked better, in position 12.
