Jorge Machado was the big winner of Stage 7 of BikeFantasy - One Day Races for Ladies with his pick of Elizabeth Deignan (Trek-Segafredo Women), who ranked in position 1 on stage Paris-Roubaix Femmes, lasting 117 kms. On the road, the winner was Elizabeth Deignan (Trek-Segafredo Women).

Although Paulo Sacramento, runner-up on the stage, picked the same rider(s), the win was awarded to Jorge Machado for having submitted the pick before the opponent.
