Pedro Miguel Ramos was the big winner of Stage 6 of BikeFantasy - Simac Ladies Tour with his pick of Veenhoven Nienke (Team Visma | Lease a Bike), who ranked in position 2 on stage Lichtenvoorde - Lichtenvoorde, lasting 157 kms. On the road, the winner was Wiebes Lorena (Team SD Worx - Protime).

Although JOSE ANTONIO DIAZ BRAVO, runner-up on the stage, picked the same first rider, the win was awarded to Pedro Miguel Ramos given that the second pick, Jastrab Megan (Team Picnic PostNL), ranked better, in position 5.
