Spm FanCycling was the big winner of Stage 5 of BikeFantasy - Tour de Romandie with his pick of Remco Evenepoel (Soudal Quick-Step), who ranked in position 1 on stage Genève - Genève (ITT), lasting 18 kms. On the road, the winner was Remco Evenepoel (Soudal Quick-Step).

Although João Daniel, runner-up on the stage, picked the same rider(s), the win was awarded to Spm FanCycling for having submitted the pick before the opponent.
