Jorge Machado was the big winner of Stage 7 of BikeFantasy - Tirreno Adriatico with his pick of Jonathan Milan (Lidl - Trek), who ranked in position 1 on stage Porto Potenza Picena - San Benedetto del Tronto, lasting 147 kms. On the road, the winner was Jonathan Milan (Lidl - Trek).

Although Nuno Cachulo, runner-up on the stage, picked the same rider(s), the win was awarded to Jorge Machado for having submitted the pick before the opponent.
