Nuno Oliveira was the big winner of Stage 4 of BikeFantasy - European Continental Championships with his pick of Olav Kooij (Netherlands), who ranked in position 2 on stage European Continental Championships - Road Race, lasting 220 kms. On the road, the winner was Tim Merlier (Belgium).

Although Vítor Castro, runner-up on the stage, picked the same rider(s), the win was awarded to Nuno Oliveira for having submitted the pick before the opponent.
