Paulo Sacramento was the big winner of Stage 3 of BikeFantasy - Tour de Romandie Féminin with his pick of Lotte Kopecky (Team SD Worx - Protime), who ranked in position 3 on stage Morges - Morges, lasting 145 kms. On the road, the winner was Riejanne Markus (Team Visma | Lease a Bike).

Although Spm FanCycling, runner-up on the stage, picked the same first rider, the win was awarded to Paulo Sacramento given that the second pick, RÜEGG Noemi (Switzerland), ranked better, in position 4.
