Pablo Lorenzo Crestar was the big winner of Stage 7 of BikeFantasy - Tirreno Adriatico with his pick of Jonathan Milan (Lidl - Trek), who ranked in position 1 on stage San Benedetto del Tronto - San Benedetto del Tronto, lasting 154 kms. On the road, the winner was Jonathan Milan (Lidl - Trek).

Although Jose António Sales Ribeiro, runner-up on the stage, picked the same first rider, the win was awarded to Pablo Lorenzo Crestar given that the second pick, Ben Healy (EF Education - EasyPost), ranked better, in position 117.
