Pedro Miguel Ramos was the big winner of Stage 7 of BikeFantasy - Tirreno Adriatico with his pick of Jasper Philipsen (Alpecin-Deceuninck), who ranked in position 1 on stage San Benedetto del Tronto - San Benedetto del Tronto, lasting 154 kms. On the road, the winner was Jasper Philipsen (Alpecin-Deceuninck).

Although Fabio Leaça, runner-up on the stage, picked the same first rider, the win was awarded to Pedro Miguel Ramos given that the second pick, Fernando Gaviria (Movistar Team), ranked better, in position 10.
