André Ferreira was the big winner of Stage 4 of BikeFantasy - Giro di Sicilia - Tour of Sicily with his pick of NIBALI Vincenzo (Trek - Segafredo), who ranked in position 1 on stage Sant'Agata di Militello - Mascali, lasting 180 kms. On the road, the winner was NIBALI Vincenzo (Trek - Segafredo).

Although Zédu Neves, runner-up on the stage, picked the same first rider, the win was awarded to André Ferreira given that the second pick, COVI Alessandro (UAE-Team Emirates), ranked better, in position 3.
